・反響からのお問い合わせ対応(月30件程度)

・AI×データベースを活用した物件査定・価格提示

・契約・交渉・調整業務

・再販戦略・バリューアップの立案

・投資家様への販売提案(反響対応中心)

※全国の「訳あり物件」を専門に扱うため、他社にはない独自の専門スキルが身につきます。

※AI査定・自動書類作成などの仕組みで、事務作業は最小限。営業はお客様対応に専念できます。

【1日の流れ】

10:00 出社・システム上で反響案件の確認

11:00 問い合わせ対応・オンライン査定

12:00 ランチ休憩

13:00 現地調査・物件データ登録

16:00 投資家様との商談・契約調整

18:00 社内ミーティング・資料整理

19:00 退社(フレックスタイム制で調整OK)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥270,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥53,900(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・月給27万円〜50万円+高インセンティブ(最大40%)

・宅地建物取引士手当:2万円/月

・交通費支給:〜2万円/月

・昇格・昇給:2回/年
