【期待する役割】
鉄鋼専門商社である同社の営業をお任せします。
同社は、仕入れた鉄鋼製品(鉄版)を自社工場で加工し、自動車メーカーや産業機器メーカー等の顧客に提供しております。
プレイングマネージャーとして、既存顧客への営業活動・フォローを行いながら、組織強化のためのマネジメントにも携わっていただきます。
【職務内容】
■営業チーム(5~10名規模)のマネジメント全般に関わっていただきます。
・予実管理/目標・KPI設定/同行訪問/評価/育成等
・営業活動ツールはsalesforceを活用
■深耕営業の推進および重点顧客・成長顧客に対するターゲティングとアプローチを通じた、戦略的な新規開拓
■見積・受注管理含む案件進行管理と利益計画の策定および達成に向けたマネジメント
■営業部門と他部署との連携による部門横断型の案件推進体制の構築と運営

近年、社長交代を経て、同社は「第二創業期」と位置づける変革のフェーズに突入しています。
鉄鋼商社としての枠を超え、成長産業への投資や新規事業の展開を通じて、事業の多角化を進めています。
また、昨年にはホールディングス体制へと移行し、経営方針や組織体制も大きく刷新されました。
こうした変化の中、各部門で組織強化を図っており、
営業部門に関しても同様に人員強化を進めております。
【配属組織】
サプライチェーン事業 営業部門
20代~50代まで幅広く在籍
【働き方】
営業部門として、在宅勤務は可能で、実際に在宅勤務の実績もございます。
ただ業務の特性上、オフィスの方が業務が進めやすいため、出社するメンバーは多いです。
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■BtoB営業経験(業界不問、目安5年以上)
■チームマネジメントや後輩育成の経験
■普通自動車第一種運転免許
【歓迎要件】
■salesforce等のSFA/CRMのツールの活用経験
■サプライチェーンマネジメントを意識した営業活動経験
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 1000 万円
賞与実績:年2回(7月・12月)
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
