職務内容

【部門紹介】

主に、日本の各種業種業界顧客に対してインフラ構築サービス・運用サービス・標準化された共通サービスを提供している。

領域はクラウド・ネットワーク・ネットワークセキュリティ・IT運用などが主なものとなる。

運用体制は、インド本国のデリバリセンタと協業しHybrid体制でのサービス提供もしている。

日本:50名(内20%程度はグローバルメンバー)

【プロジェクト紹介】

お客様のネットワーク運用保守・構築業務をご担当していただきます。

主なプロジェクトは以下となります。

・顧客内ネットワーク利用標準の整備などの支援やSASE、SD-WAN環境を中心とした構築・移行・運用のプロジェクト

・セキュリティ基準やシステム要件に基づき自由度の高いクラウド基盤サービスを提供するためのネットワーク環境実装プロジェクト

・全国に拠点をもつお客様のネットワーク運用保守業務及び派生する構築プロジェクト

【仕事内容】

NW機器の維持管理及び構築業を実施いただきます。

維持管理についてはお客様要件による事前調査および設定変更、障害対応、原因調査、パフォーマンス分析などネットワーク運用に関わる多岐にわたる業務を担当いただきます。

構築業務に関しては、追加要件として新規通信要件に向けたネットワーク機器の構築依頼があるため、要件を確認して設計・構築を行います。

使用する主な機器は以下の通りです。

ルータ・スイッチ Cisco

ファイアウォール palo alto、Z-scaler

その他 DNSサーバ、SMTPサーバ など

登録資格

【必要条件】

[Must]

・ネットワーク運用・構築経験8年以上

・ネットワーク運用リーダー経験若しくはネットワーク構築リーダー経験3年以上

・保守・運用観点での機能設計と実装(監視、トラブルシューティング、パフォーマンス最適化、キャパプラなど)

・CiscoやPaloAlto, Fortnetなどの製品を含むネットワーク知識の保有

・構築・運用資料の作成経験(PowerPoint,Excel等)

・コミュニケーションスキル(メール・電話等でのベンダ・お客様との調整)

・以下いずれかの複数製品に関する理解、運用構築経験

Cisco: L2/L3 Switrch(Catalyst, Meraki), FW(Firepower, ASA), SDWAN(vEdge), Router(ISR), L2/L3 Switch(Nexus), Data Center Network Manager, Authentication(ISE), 管理コンソール(Meraki), 管理コンソール(Catalyst center(旧DNAC))

Fortinet: FW, SDWAN(vEdge), FortiManager, FortiAnalzer

NEC: IP-PBX, IP電話

Cisco:

PaloAlto: FW, 管理コンソール(Panorama)

F5: Load Balancer(BIG-IP),Reverse Proxy(BIG-IP)

Netatest: Netatest D3

Azure: VPN GW, Express Route Gateway, NSG, Azure LB, Express Route

Others: DNS, Monitoring(NFA)

・以下いずれかの複数技術に関する理解、運用構築経験

待遇

管理監督者分類:有(場合によって無)

昇給:都度

採用グレードに応じて裁量労働制を適用

(裁量同等手当:6万円〜8万円/月)

月給300,000円〜720,000円

※経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定

9:00〜18:00
