仕事内容:

ファン・モーター・ケース部品の「材料準備」「組立」「調整」「検査」「梱包」を担当します。

【工程①:材料準備】

・樹脂・金属・電子部品確認

・数量チェック

・作業台セット

・整理整頓

【工程②:組立】

・モーター・羽根・ケース組付

・ネジ固定

・仮組み確認

・位置確認

【工程③:調整】

・回転確認

・異音・振動チェック

・動作確認

・作業記録

【工程④:検査】

・寸法・外観確認

・動作確認

・不良品仕分け

・記録入力

【工程⑤:梱包】

・保護材包装

・箱詰め

・ラベル貼付

・出荷準備
