【必須資格・経験】

・プロジェクトにおけるUIデザイン or Webデザイン領域の推進のご経験(3年程度)

・制作会社におけるプロデューサー・ディレクター・PM経験(5年程度)

・クライアントに対する企画提案(ヒアリング~プレゼンテーション)のご経験

・外部パートナーを含むチームを率いてプロジェクトを完遂したご経験

・クライアントと直接折衝し、意思形成をしながらプロジェクトを完遂したご経験

・BTC(Business・Technology・Creativity)のいずれか1つ以上に強みをお持ちの方

・Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator等を使用したグラフィック制作経験(バナーやアイコン等)

  • 上記を示すポートフォリオをご提出可能な方

・実務レベルでのUX設計経験

・SNS、MA、CRM、デジタル広告を含むデジタルマーケティングに関わるプロジェクト経験

仕事内容


クリエイティブディレクター(Product & Service Design)

【仕事内容】

デジタルプロダクトを軸に置きながら、ビジュアル・ブランド戦略の策定からアウトプットまで、

リエイティブな提案をもとに本質的な課題解決を行なっていただきます。

【 業務例 】・企画提案業務 ・与件整理(ヒアリング・インサイト分析・課題設定) ・コンセプトの設計、ワイヤーフレームの作成

・各種クリエイティブの制作・進行管理・ディレクション

  • 顧客折衝 プロジェクト、得意領域に応じて以下のような業務もお願いします。

・戦略立案(事業戦略、サービス戦略、マーケティング戦略、ブランド戦略等)

・Webサイト、アプリ、サービスにおける要件定義、基本設計、詳細設計

・各種テキスト(コピー・コンテンツ)のライティング・クリエイティブディレクション

【開発環境】 Adobe各ソフト、Figma、Sketch、Strap、Prott、Notion、Slack等

【 展望 】クリエイティブジャンプで業界の常識を塗り替える

  • ユーザーのタッチポイントを横断する体験デザイン

・Web、グラフィックツール、アプリ、広告など多岐にわたる領域で、一貫した高品質のデザインを提供する

【年収・給与】

550万円~800万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
