弥生のミッション 弥生は「スモールビジネスに寄り添い、その力を引き出す存在でありたい」という思いのもと、日本の中小・中堅企業、個人事業主、起業家が直面する課題を、製品とサービスの力で解決し続けています。会計・給与ソフトで培った豊富な顧客基盤と、税理士・会計事務所ネットワークを強みに、今後は業務管理ソフトを中堅企業市場へ展開 していきます。 ポジション概要 クラウド会計ソフト「弥生会計 Next」を中心とした、マーケティング戦略の策定から実行まで を担当いただきます。 ・ARR に直結する施策の戦略立案〜実行 ・PQL(無料体験)の獲得と、有料契約への転換 ・既存顧客の利用定着・更新率改善による LTV 最大化 マーケティング、IS、CS の各部門を横断するハブとして、データドリブンな意思決定に基づき、 プロジェクトを完遂に導くことが本ポジションのミッションです。顧客インサイトの特定から コンテンツ設計まで、一気通貫で事業グロースをリードする役割を期待します。 ミッション ・「弥生会計 Next」および周辺製品の Go To Market の遂行 ・PQL の有償化率の最大化 ・有償契約者の定着と更新率の達成 ・顧客体験(CX)最適化の基盤の構築 ・データドリブンな施策管理(KPI 運用・ヘルススコア活用・MA/SFA 設計)を実現 主な業務内容(後任向けに最適化) マーケティング戦略の策定① ・PQL・既存顧客向けのナーチャリング設計 ・セグメント別カスタマージャーニーの設計・改善 ・クロスセル/アップセル計画の立案 データ活用を基軸とした施策推進 ・利用ログ・契約ステータスなどを活用したヘルススコアモデル運用 ・MA/SFA(Salesforce)を活用したシナリオ構築 ・更新率/有償化率の予実管理・KPI モニタリング 利用定着のためのコンテンツ企画③ ・サポート記事、ナレッジ、オンボーディングコンテンツ整備 ・「弥生会計 Next」リリースノート、FAQ 企画管理 ・ユーザーイベント・コミュニティ企画 部門横断でのプロジェクトマネジメント④ ・マーケティング/セールス/カスタマーサクセスを横断したプロジェクトマネジメント ・施策進行プロセスの標準化 ・チームマネジメント(将来的にメンバー管理を担う可能性あり) 集計・分析業務 ・更新率集計、新規加入率・新規有償契約数チャネル別集計 ・更新率予算策定、顧客維持費の計画作成 ・アンケートデータ(Questant)の集計・分析 ポジションの魅力 ・クラウド事業の成長を支える中核としての立ち回り ・「弥生会計 Next」など新製品の 立ち上げ〜スケールフェーズへ深い関与 ・顧客データの統合基盤を活かしたデータドリブンで戦略が立てやすい環境 ・マーケ、セールス、カスタマーサクセスを横断した構造的な事業戦略へ関与 ・将来的なマネジメントや事業企画へステップアップ

必須スキル


・ BtoB SaaS 領域でのマーケティングもしくはセールスの実務経験(3 年以上) ・MA や CRM(Salesforce, Marketo 等)の利用経験 ・数字を扱う KPI 管理・レポーティング力

応募概要


給与

想定理論年収:800万円~1017万円 月次給与:月給474,000円(基本給358,000円+固定残業代30時間相当分106,000円) ~ 602,000円(基本給455,000円+固定残業代30時間相当分147,000円) ※年収550万円以上は固定残業代制(30時間分)※超過分は別途支給 想定年収の算出方法=①月次給与×12か月+②固定賞与+③業績賞与 1.本俸 ①月次給与=基本給+固定残業手当 ②固定賞与=金額は等級に応じて固定(年2回支給または毎月月次按分支給から選択可能) 2.賞与 ※③弊社業績賞与の業績連動は100%以上を継続中 3.ストックオプションあり
