鉄道業界においては、昨今のICカード普及やQRコード導入などデジタルチケット化が急速に発展してきており、駅務機器のサービスも更なる進化が期待されています。今後も、様々なチケッティングサービスが検討される中で、国内の鉄道事業者様に対して各駅務機器・システムについて、企画・販促活動から納入、アフターサービスまで幅広く対応できる営業人材を求めています。

仕事内容


鉄道会社の駅務機器設備もしくは情報システム部門向けにコンピュータネットワークシステムを納入しています。これら製品の営業業務です。

<駅務機器設備>

・改札機(在来線、新幹線)

・券売機、精算機、係員操作端末、など

<システム>

・鉄道社局収入管理システム、座席予約システム

・MaaS関連システム、QRを利用した新交通系システム、など

業務内容は、製品機器、システムの企画から鉄道事業者への提案、受注活動を行います。また、受注後、鉄道事業者のご担当様、弊社技術部門/開発部門/製造部門と連携し、製品・システムの納品・稼働までのフォローを行います。

・商談対応受注前活動 [販促戦略立案、販売促進活動、見積、入札等の業務]

・契約対応業務

・受注済案件のオーダー・納品後の売上対応業務

求めるスキル


お客様対応を行うにあたり、誠実かつ正確な折衝ができることが重要となります。特に下記を重要視します。

・社会インフラ、鉄道事業や駅の業務に興味がある方

・直接営業の経験がある方(特に社会インフラでの経験が望ましい)

・顧客や社内外の関係部門とのコミュニケーションの重要性を理解し積極的に

コミュニケーションをとることができる方

・粘り強く、明るく前向きな方

・ロジカルな思考と説明ができる方
