【職務内容】
企画からデザイン、製造、納品まで一貫して担当できるプレイングマネージャーを募集しています。革小物やシルバー、傘など、多様な商材のOEM事業を担当していただきます。
部署の目標達成に向けた取り組みや方針の策定、部下のマネジメントを通じて、部署全体の力を強化します。
商品開発を検討している企業に対し、自社のノウハウを活かした提案を行い、企画・デザインから製造・パッケージングまでをご提案します。
リピート顧客が多いのは、スピードと品質が評価されているためです。「顧客の製品と自社とのコラボ」など、提案の幅が広いのが特長で、単に数字を追いかけるのではなく、顧客の要望に合った商品開発にコミットできる環境です。
当社の商材・生産体制を活かしたOEM・ODM商品の企画提案をお任せします。具体的には、コンサートグッズ、イベント商品、店舗物販商品などを取り扱う会社への提案です。

【お取引先】
大手アニメ・ゲーム会社、イベント企画会社、スポーツチームなど、大手企業も多数。

お客様への商談のアポイント
Webからの問い合わせに対応する新規は100%反響営業
ニーズに合った商品を企画・提案
- 受注後、サンプル作成を提携工場に発注
- サンプルをチェック後、量産へ
- 工場と連携し、製造の進捗を管理
- 検品後、お客様に納品

【勤務時間】
7:00~16:00
・時差出勤制:生活スタイルに合わせて出社時間を上記4パターンから選択
・実働8時間、休憩60分
・試用期間中は10:00〜19:00の勤務
・出勤時間は1ヶ月ごとに変更可能

年間休日120日以上,完全週休2日制,育休あり,土日祝休み

※夏季・冬季は土日+有給の計画的付与にて5日以上の連休になります

給与詳細
基本給:月給 53万8000円 〜 65万円
固定残業代:なし
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※ 試用期間6か月(給与変動なし)
※ 残業代全額支給(非管理職)

- 昇給:年2回(1月・7月)
