《在宅復帰を支える◎老健での看護師》

【仕事内容】

・入所者様の健康管理(バイタルチェック・服薬管理)

・点滴、注射、処置などの医療ケア

・リハビリスタッフや介護スタッフとの連携

・急変時の対応、医師への報告

・看護記録、カンファレンス参加

医療と介護の中間施設として、入居者様の在宅復帰を目指すケアが特徴です。

【1日の流れ 例】

08:30 出勤・夜勤スタッフからの申し送り

09:00 バイタル測定・服薬確認・処置

10:30 回診同行・リハビリ補助

12:00 昼食介助・服薬確認(交代制で休憩)

13:30 カンファレンス・記録整理

15:00 健康チェック・処置対応

16:30 夕方の服薬管理・巡回

17:30 申し送り・退勤

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

早番 7:00~16:00(1h休憩)

時短や曜日固定などの希望もご相談ください

休暇・休日:

平日のみ、日勤帯などご希望をお聞かせください。

シフトも選べるので、あなたに合った働き方をご提案します

・予定が突発的に入るため、フルシフトで働いている方
