【仕事内容】

「情報技術(ITエンジニア)/東証プライム上場【大阪市西区】」のポジションの求人です

スマートファクトリーに関連した需要が拡大傾向中

多様な製造業界の生産性向上・人手不足対応・安定操業・品質向上・コスト削減などのIoT化、DX化ニーズに対し、顧客に合わせたシステム構築の実現をお任せします。

【具体的には】

・顧客課題に合わせたシステム開発設計をお任せ(MES・SCADA・WMS・WCSなど)

・ご経験に応じて、プログラマーからシステムエンジニア、プロジェクトリーダー、マネージャー業務を担っていただく。

・多種多様なニーズに対して、オリジナルのシステム構築を手掛け、かつ幅広い取扱製品を組合せる必要があるので、手を動かすことだけでなく、考えながら取り組む業務です。

・将来的に、顧客ニーズのヒアリングや提案、見積といった上流工程からプロジェクトの計画管理をお任せします。

※案件発掘や受注対応は営業がメインで行いますが、協同することもございます。

【働き方】

・提案・納品に伴い、出張の可能性あり。(個人差あるが、2か月に1回程度)

・納品スケジュールによって休日出勤も発生しますが、前後2か月間で振替休日を取得が可能(平均休日出勤数:0件から2件/月)

・残業は月平均20時間以内(メリハリをつけた働き方ができるため、安心して長期キャリア形成できる職場環境です。)

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

・SCADA(監視)、MES(製造実行)、WMS(物流管理)、WCS(倉庫制御)のいずれかの開発実績がある方

【歓迎要件】

・将来的に開発業務だけでなく、企画提案といった上流工程やプロジェクト管理に携わりたい方

【給与】

年収 620 ~ 800 万円

※年収は賞与5か月分に加え、想定残業の20時間を含めて算出しております。

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
