JP上での、出品者の満足度の最大化と、売上の最大化を目指します。

主なKPIとして、アカウントマネージャーのアクションの改善、生産性の向上、セラーへのスケーラブルなアクションにつながる提案による全体の売り上げ向上などがあげられます。 主たる職務内容は以下の通りです。


  • 出品者パフォーマンスレポートの作成と自動化、およびコンサルティングのためのビジネス分析ツールの開発
  • 複雑または曖昧なビジネス要求に対して分析アプローチを定義し、複数のデータソースからビジネスの洞察を導き出す
  • アカウントマネージャーの業務効率における課題を特定し、改善のメカニズムを構築する
  • アカウントマネージャーの業務効率の最大化と品質向上のため、プロセスを自動化する
  • 出品者への付加価値提供、およびアカウントマネージャーの提供するサービスの業務効率向上のため、複数のチームと連携してオフショアリングの範囲を定義し、運用プロセスを構築する。また効果検証と継続的な改善を行う
  • 主要なイニシアチブをグローバルチームと協働で推進する。またグローバルからベストプラクティスから学び、日本において最適化した上で展開する

Amazon Mass Seller Recruitment Team (SSR/RNL)

Are you interested in contributing to one of Amazon Japan's biggest growth drivers? We are looking for ambitious and motivated sales operations to support new sellers and consult to accelerate revenue growth.

In order to achieve the richest product lineup on Earth, which is Amazon's mission, it is essential for sellers to sell even more diverse products in the future.

The sales operations will develop and implement mechanisms to identify sellers' needs and account managers' challenge, maximize productivity, and improve the quality of actions while closely cooperating with account managers.

Business operations include various aspects of supporting the business, such as defining strategies and programs to achieve business goals, planning, sales automation, report creation, tool development, and streamlining various processes, and we aim to maximize seller's growth on through continuous improvement of the entire program.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable influencing senior external stakeholders, strong analytical skills, a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth and be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Developing business analysis tools for seller performance reporting and automation, and consulting
  • Define an analytical approach to complex or ambiguous business requirements and derive business insights from multiple data sources
  • Identify issues in account managers' work efficiency and establish improvement mechanisms
  • Automate processes to maximize account managers' work efficiency and improve quality
  • Collaborate with global teams on key initiatives. Learn from global best practices, optimize and deploy them in Japan.

The individual must be able to:

  • Extract complex data from a large-scale database using efficient queries.
  • Translate large amount of data into useful information and business insights.
  • Develop automated reports and high-quality data tables for business reviews.
  • Have a strong commitment to results and goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience developing business analytics or equivalent
  • Japanese native, high level English skills within speaking, writing and reading (Need to attend the meeting held, lead discussions, and write documents in English)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working within a highgrowth, technology company
  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g., AWS QuickSight or Tableau) or opensource project
