仕事内容


パチンコ・スロット台などの遊技台の保管・管理及び配送業務を行っております。

そんな当社の倉庫にて荷物の積み下ろし、検品、入荷、出荷、梱包

などの作業や遊技台の保管、管理業務をお願いします。

※基本は重たいものはフォークリフトを使うので安心。

パチンコ店での新しい機種への入れ替えや店舗間で遊技台の移動、

点検やメンテナンスの際などに必要不可欠なお仕事です。

知識や経験は一切不問

それぞれが専門性に特化することで負担軽減や効率アップを実現しています。

  • 事務:取引先からの依頼対応、保管期間や配送先への段取りをして「倉庫」へ指示
  • 倉庫:「事務」からの指示に沿って入出荷の準備と管理
  • 配送:指定の日時・場所へ確実に配送

3つの部署が連携しワンストップで業務を進めているので迅速な顧客対応ができます。

また、どの部署も誰かが困っていたら自然と助け合うのが当社の社風。

「10」ある仕事を一人で行うと業務量の偏りや一人にかかる負荷が起こるため、当社では「10」を皆で「1」ずつ行う社風です。

例えば、荷量に応じ配車を分担したり、積み込みの際に配送スタッフと倉庫スタッフが協力して作業したり、無理なく働ける環境作りに力を入れております。

未経験OK・資格不問(パチンコやスロットの知識も不要です。)

※業務で必要なフォークリフトなどの免許や資格は会社支援で取得可能です。

仕事は一つひとつ丁寧に教えるので未経験の方も安心してご応募ください

年齢の条件と理由:あり(例外事由3号のイ・45歳未満(長期勤続によるキャリア形成のため))

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日

9:00~18:00(実働7.5h/昼休憩1h・午前午後に15分の小休憩有)

※月1~2回程度の夜勤の場合有(別途深夜割増)

※残業の場合有(月40hのコンプライアンス厳守)

休日休暇


週休2日制(月8~10日休みのシフト)+長期休暇有

※毎月21日~翌月20日までの月1回シフト決定

※事前に伝えて頂ければ休みの曜日や希望休の相談も可能

※月2回程度の土日休みも調整可能

長期休暇:GW・夏季休暇・年末年始

その他、有給休暇・慶弔休暇などもあり

近隣(海老名市本郷)にも倉庫が御座います。

配属倉庫は通勤や希望・適正により決定致します。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 23万5000円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

※表記の給与には地域手当などの一律手当が含まれます。

※その他、家族手当・通勤手当・残業手当・深夜手当・役職手当などの各種手当別途支給。

  • 賞与年2回あり
  • 入社10年間は毎年最低5000円の昇給あり

入社1年目:平均月収30万円(年収420万円~)

入社3年目:平均月収32万円(年収450万円~)

入社5年目:平均月収36万円(年収500万円~)

※現在当営業所で活躍中のスタッフで月収30万円を下回るスタッフはほとんどおりません。

※入社後10年間は全社員が必ず毎年5000円昇給10年後には基本給5万円UPします
