仕事内容:

フードデリバリー加盟店からのお問合わせ対応のお仕事です

【具体的には・・・】

・加盟店(飲食店・小売店)の新規・解約対応

・注文商品が品切れした場合の注文者の方への対応

・商品の入れ忘れ、入れ間違い

・キャンセルされた注文への対応

など多岐に渡るお問合わせに、メールとお電話でサポートいただきます。

メール対応と電話対応はおおよそ50:50の割合です

求める人材:

必須要件:下記いずれも必須

・光回線のネット環境(有線接続/Wifi不可)

・個室で静かな環境を確保

・シフト対応

勤務時間・曜日:

7-25時の間で実働8時間のシフト勤務

休暇・休日:

シフト制による週休2日

※土日祝は原則勤務です※
