仕事内容:
既存の取引先を定期的に訪問 (新規開拓はありません)
大手サブコン・優良電気機器・通信機器企業への「卸・ルート営業」安定した需要がある既存顧客(代理店、工事会社、メーカー等)に対し、電気機材商品の補充、提案、納品管理、サポートまで卸事業に関わる全ての業務対応を行います。
既存顧客との関係維持がメイン
照明、空調、音声、映像、通信設備など建物で電気を使うための様々な商材を各企業様のご要望に沿ってヒヤリングを行い組み合わせてご提案、卸販売を行います。
営業・販売経験(業種不問、対人折衝2年以上)の方を募集します
安定した既存顧客との関係構築に注力していただくため、顧客の課題を深く理解し、解決策を提案する課題解決、商材の信頼性を高める安定したフォロー業務が中心となるためです。

顔を合わせてお話をしながら、状況のヒヤリングなど長期的な関係構築力が求められますので、接客・販売等で予算や方向性など、取引先との顧客折衝を行った経験がある方を想定しています。
商品のご提案もある程度決まっていますので、日常会話やお客様のニーズを把握したり、時には自分の意見を求められることもありますので、コミュニケーション能力だけではなく、何かしらの営業経験(対人販売やサービス含む)を活かしながら進めていただくことで、安定した成果とお客様の声を聞く力として高く評価されます。

入社後のサポートが充実
入社後、まずは先輩との同行や補助業務から始めて
1~2年を目安にOJTを通して業務を覚えていきます。
商品や営業方法については仕事をしながら学んでいただくようになりますので今は商材のことが分からなくても大丈夫です。最初は同行にて先輩社員が丁寧に指導しますので未経験者の方でも安心して業務に取り組むことができます。
私たちが直接販売するのでは無く電気通信企業や電気工事会社へ仕入れ先(Panasonic等多数協力会社)の大手電気メーカーと協力、連携しながらビジネスビル、病院や商業施設などの建築、改修に関わる電気機材の提案から納入までの一連作業をサポートしながら行います。
各マニュアルがありますので、業界未経験でも安心して取り組めます。
お付き合いの長いお客様との長年築き上げた信頼によりご紹介が多いのも当社の特徴であり、お客様もサポートを必要とされていますので、営業として信頼関係を築きながらお客様のご要望をヒヤリングして下さい。
