Position Details
We assist management teams in creating presentation stories and visuals for management presentations and other opportunities.
We design compelling presentations, communication directions, and stories based on a deep understanding of the messages and needs of the management team and the needs of the audience.
Communicates smoothly with management leaders and departmental personnel, flexibly incorporating feedback to ensure attention to detail and accuracy, and contribute to improving the quality of deliverables.
Manage deadlines, consultation schedules with stakeholders, etc., to drive overall project progress and produce deliverables in accordance with timelines.e.g.
Prepare presentation materials for use by executives at conferences, etc.
Preparation of materials for meetings with executives of business partners in Japan and abroad
Prepare materials for policy proposals to political and business leaders in Japan and abroad
Mandatory Qualifications
Experience in creating business presentation materials for senior management
Strong sense of layout and design, and attention to detail
MS Office application skills, especially PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Logical thinking and analytical skills
Business level Japanese
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge and skills in Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Ability to express ideas graphically and communicate complex concepts effectively
Basic knowledge and skills in project planning, execution, and management
Business level English language skills
