We're seeking a highly skilled visual designer to join our regional design team supporting the SEA markets.This is not just a production role — it's a hybrid position that merges visual excellence with campaign thinking, system building, and design process optimization.
As our Regional Campaign Designer, you'll be responsible for shaping design visuals for creative campaigns and tracking design performance, that align with user behavior and business needs.
From H5 page execution to branding frameworks and AI-assisted workflows, you'll be at the center of driving creative clarity and operational efficiency across diverse markets.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand campaign needs, uncover strategic goals, and deliver visual solutions that are reusable and scalable
- Design visually striking campaigns, particularly H5 mobile campaigns, optimized for engagement and user experience
- Develop layout systems, color frameworks, and information hierarchies to ensure high design impact and functional clarity
- Identify recurring design patterns and create templates and visual systems that can be reused across markets and formats
- Under pressure, quickly move from sketch to highfidelity output
- Apply a branding lens to all work, ensuring design consistency across offline and digital surfaces
- Use persuasive visual thinking and communication to guide stakeholder choices toward better design outcomes
- Translate creative work into trackable data points, update internal databases, and contribute to design impact measurement
- Manage project timelines, prioritize work, and maintain transparency through internal tracking tools
- Collaborate with other designers to achieve shared departmental OKRs and design standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Expertise in Visual and UI/UX Design: Strong foundation in layout, composition, typography, color theory, and information hierarchy, with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles to balance aesthetics with functionality.
- Proficiency with Design Tools & Workflows: High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Familiarity with AIGC tools to enhance and streamline creative workflows.
- Proven Execution &
Project Management:
Excellent execution skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deliver high-quality work under pressure, and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Marketing &
Campaign Design Experience:
Hands-on experience in designing and executing H5 campaigns, with an understanding of regional or mobile-first markets.
- Brand Systems &
Scalable Solutions:
Demonstrated experience in brand building, including the ability to build, maintain, and scale design systems and consistent visual branding frameworks.
- Integrated Event &
Collateral Design:
Experience creating designs for a full spectrum of needs, from digital events to offline activations, including SWAG and campaign materials.
- International Collaboration & Communication: Business proficiency in both high level Chinese and Japanese (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with stakeholders in Japan and report to China, thriving as a collaborative team player in dynamic, inclusive environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting crossregional marketing teams or global campaign rollouts
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering
- Familiarity with campaign tracking tools, CRM systems, or datadriven design analysis
- Understanding of user personas and segmentation logic for targeted campaigns
- Strong analytical thinking with interest in optimizing workflows and measuring design effectiveness
