アマゾンの物流拠点であるフルフィルメントセンター(以下FC)にて安全推進管理者と共に以下の業務を行って頂きます。
1)FC構内の安全管理・推進業務
・構内安全パトロールの実施、5S活動の推進(5Sとは整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、躾の5つの活動を指します)
・構内の安全管理対応とFC内関連部署との調整
・構内の労働事故の調査と分析、是正改善活動
・業務手順や作業環境における変更に対する安全点検、確認
・社内安全活動、教育、啓蒙の実施(安全教育、安全推進、ポスター作製/掲示、安全な職場度合を測るコミュニケーションツールの活用)
・安全衛生委員会の運営管理(各種調整、資料・議事録作成)
・各種法規の順守、監査対応サポート
2)防災関連業務
・防火、防災計画の立案と実施
・避難訓練・救命講習など被災時対応訓練の実施と実施後の参加者へのアンケートの実施と訓練内容の改善
3)安全備品発注・管理業務
安全保護具や熱中症対策などの備品購買とそれらの在庫の適正化管理。
*未経験の方も歓迎致します。
*安全活動を通じて倉庫内での入出荷、在庫管理、アマゾン特有の物流システムを学べます。
*安全推進管理者へのキャリアアップのチャンスもあります。
* 勤務は月10日休みのシフト制になります。シフトによって、金土休み、日月休みの場合があります。
(勤務時間9:00~18:00、年間休日120日)セール期間や訓練等で夜勤シフトになる場合があります。
*転勤の可能性あり。引越しを伴う転勤は会社負担制度あり

Basic Qualifications:
- 2年以上の社会人経験
- パソコンスキル(Windows Officeが一通り使える)
- Outlook基本操作
- Word、Power Pointでの簡単な文書、説明資料、ポスターの作成
- Excel (ピボットテーブル、各種Lookup関数を使い分けられる、VBAを使って業務に取り組んだ経験がある、取り組める意欲がある)
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力
- 翻訳ツールを活用し海外との英語メールのやりとり、文書の読解ができる
