物件の定期巡回・設備点検(チェックリストに沿って確認)

入居者様からの設備トラブル対応(一次受付や業者手配)

退去時の立会い・リフォーム提案(修繕ポイントの確認)

オーナー様向け報告書の作成(フォーマットあり)

未経験でも安心PC操作と運転免許があればOK

先輩社員がOJTでしっかりサポートします

ある1日の流れ(例)

9:00 出社・メール確認

9:30 巡回スケジュールの確認と準備

10:30 2~3件の物件を巡回&設備確認

13:00 昼休憩

14:00 報告書作成+オーナー様への提案準備

16:00 入居者様からの問合せ対応

18:00 定時退社そのあとは自分時間を満喫
