仕事内容:

ブランド成長の中核であるSNSマーケティング領域をリードするメンバーを募集しています。

UGC創出・リールマーケティング・アフィリエイトなど、SNSを「売上とブランド価値につなげる」実践の場で、マーケターとしての市場価値を一段引き上げたい方に最適なポジションです。

・UGC(ユーザー生成コンテンツ)創出の企画・設計・運用

・インフルエンサー/クリエイターとのコミュニケーション、ギフティング施策運用

・Instagram/TikTok/Xを中心としたSNS運用・投稿企画

・リール/ショート動画を中心としたコンテンツ企画・改善

・アフィリエイト施策の設計・運用・数値管理

・SNS数値(再生数、保存数、CTR、CVR等)の分析・レポーティング

・売上/商品/シーズンと連動したSNSマーケティング施策の立案

・他部署(EC/PR/商品企画)との連携

※「投稿して終わり」ではなく、仮説→実行→分析→改善まで一貫して携われます

給料:

月給 250,000円~ 300,000円

正社員:月給 ¥250,000 ~¥300,000

契約社員:月給220,000 ~¥250,000

アルバイト:時給 ¥1,250 ~¥1,800(週3~5日|1日5~8時間)

応募資格・求める人物像:

必須要件

・SNS(Instagram/TikTok/Xなど)を日常的に利用し、トレンド感度が高い方

・UGC/リール/インフルエンサーマーケティングに強い興味がある方

・数値を見て改善点を考えることに抵抗がない方

・Excel/Googleスプレッドシートの基本操作ができる方

・指示待ちではなく、自ら考え動く意欲のある方

※実務未経験でも「SNSマーケターとして成長したい強い意志」があれば応募可

歓迎条件

・アパレル/コスメ/ライフスタイル業界でのSNS・PR・マーケ実務経験

・インフルエンサー施策、ギフティング、UGC活用の経験

・リール/ショート動画の企画・編集経験

・自身のSNSアカウントで一定の運用実績がある方(フォロワー数不問)

・ECやD2Cビジネスへの理解・関心

・数値分析やレポーティングが得意な方

未経験OK、経験者優遇、学歴不問、副業・WワークOK
