Name of position : Test Manager
Job Responsibility
-Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies to ensure the quality and functionality of applications in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Utilize AWS Device Farms to execute and manage mobile testing scenarios, ensuring applications perform seamlessly across devices. - Design and execute cloud testing procedures to validate the scalability and reliability of our cloud-based applications.
- Develop automated test scripts using Cucumber and Cypress Automation, enhancing the efficiency of the testing process. - Apply JavaScript programming skills to create and maintain test scripts, improving test coverage and reducing manual testing efforts.
- Oversee mobile testing initiatives, ensuring applications are optimized for various devices and operating systems. - Implement REST/API service testing to ensure our services interact flawlessly with external systems.
- Use Selenium and Selenium Python for web application testing, focusing on automating repetitive tasks and reducing time to market.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
- Advocate for best practices in quality assurance, including test automation and continuous integration.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production errors and implement strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in quality engineering to continuously improve our processes.
-Qualifications - Proven experience in AWS Device Farms, Cloud Testing, Cucumber, Cypress Automation, JavaScript Programming, Mobile Testing, REST/API Service Testing, Selenium, and Selenium Python
Must have skills and requirements :
Business English and Japanese skill set ( JLPT N2 above)
Read and Write ( Japanese Language), Automation Testing, ,Cloud Testing , Mobile Testing ,REST / API Service Testing ,Selenium or Python Domain Skills
