仕事内容:
社内SE・社内IT担当として、DOWAメタニクスの製造現場を支えるシステム全般の管理・運用をお願いします。
<具体的な業務>
・ヘルプデスク:社内ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応、PC・ツールサポート
・インフラ運用:ネットワーク・セキュリティ基盤の管理
・システム保守:生産管理システムの運用・ローコード開発
・データ管理:BIツール・ノーコードツールの活用・運用
・プロジェクト:システム更新、IT-BCP、本社窓口業務
