Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of working experience in the financial service industry—Japanese or Non-Japanese asset management firms, trust banks, commercial banks, life insurers, casualties, securities with 3+ years of Alternative product related experience
- Global and local legal and compliance knowledge
- A wide range of knowledge in asset management and investment business overall
- Excellent skills of presentation, negotiation, teamwork, communication, self-management especially on time and task, self-starting, proactive actions, flexibility of communication
- High passion to build and keep good relationship with global colleagues
- High interest in Alternative products and its industry as well as expanding our business
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- CFA, CMA, CFP, MBA, or equivalent knowledge of securities and investment
- Business level English—TOEIC 860 or equivalent level of understanding
