【仕事内容】

・事業計画・中期経営計画の作成

既存プロダクトの拡大、新規プロダクトの立ち上げ、M&A、海外展開等を見据え、現状を分析した上で、事業計画・中期経営計画の策定を主導

・予算策定・予実管理

各事業部と連携して予算を策定し、週次・月次での予実分析を通じて、事業進捗状況を可視化、意思決定をサポート

・経営指標の分析およびレポーティング

KPI実績・財務・市場・顧客分析など、様々な角度からデータを解析し、経営課題を特定し、改善策を提言

・社内PJT対応

各種プロジェクトの計画立案、進捗管理、リスク管理などのプロジェクトマネジメント

・PMIの実行

社内M&A担当者や相手先企業と連携し統合計画を策定、経営管理体制等を見直すことで最適なガバナンスを構築し、シナジー効果の最大化を実現

【求める人材】

以下いずれかの経験(3年以上)

・事業会社の経営管理や経営企画・FP&A業務を主導した経験

・管理会計業務(予算策定・予実分析・意思決定会計等)の経験

・KPIの集計・分析・予測を行った経験

700~1000万円
