Contracts Negotiator, Medical Devices 契約交渉担当者 医療機器
Our client, a leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a Contracts Negotiator to join their Commercial Solutions team in Sunnyvale, CA. This role offers the opportunity to engage in high-stakes contract drafting and negotiation within the dynamic medical device industry, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in contracts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for contract alignment
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle
- Provide legal advice on digital and privacy agreements
- Represent company in negotiations with external parties
Qualifications:
- Law degree (JD) from an accredited law school
- 2+ years' experience with commercial contracts
- Knowledge of HIPAA, data security, and privacy regulations
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management software is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration is preferred but not mandatory
