飲食店や一般のご家庭からのご依頼を受けて、お客様のところへ訪問し、トラブルを解決します。
お仕事内容
水回りや電気などのライフラインの修理です。
例えば蛇口の水がとまらない・トイレが詰まった・電気が点かないなどの
修理を行います。
ほとんどが1件あたり1時間程度で修理できる内容なので、未経験でも全然大丈夫です。

14名の社員が在籍しています。
20代~30代と、非常に若く、和気あいあいとした会社です。

その① インセンティブ制度あり、頑張りは給料にダイレクト
未経験2カ月目からでも取得できる基準もちろんスタッフ全員が取得中月2~5万円程度※7月に1年分支給いたします。
その② 月平均残業時間10~20時間程度※平均労働時間7時間52分
残業が少なくなるように仕事を調整しています。
その③ 資格支援、住宅手当など福利厚生充実
資格試験料や宿泊費も会社負担します。中退共による退職金制度などあり。

安心の研修制度
入社後は3ヶ月間ほどかけてしっかりと研修を行ないます。
まずは先輩社員の案件に同行し、仕事の流れや使用する道具、直す設備の種類などひと通り覚えましょう。
先輩がしっかりとイチからお教えするので、未経験の方でも安心してくださいその後も、先輩たちからの最終チェックを経てひとり立ちまでサポート。
「安心してひとり立ちできた」と口を揃えて言ってくれます。
また、電気工事士などの資格を取得することで、資格手当も得られるため収入アップを狙えます
もちろん、講習費用などは会社負担なのでどんどんチャレンジしていきましょう
体験入社も実施しています。入社後のギャップがないように努めています。
最後に
私たちの仕事は専門的で、初めての方には仕事の流れが分かりにくく、不安を感じるかもしれません。また、現場仕事のイメージもあまり良くないかもしれません。
しかし、古い蛇口を新しいものに交換し、ピカピカになった台所を見て「ありがとう」と喜んでくださるお客様や、トイレの詰まりを解消したときの達成感など、1つ1つの現場でやりがいを感じられる仕事です。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり19日 〜 22日
9:00~18:00(実働7時間30分)
9:30~18:30(実働7時間30分)
※残業は月20時間以下(残業代は全額支払)
※現場が早く終われば17時終業もあります。

- シフト制(月8日~11日休み/毎月3日程度、有給を使わずに希望休OK)

※計画有給として10日消化しますが、体調不良などの急なお休みも柔軟に対応

*前払残業分を超過した分は、超過勤務手当として1分単位で別途支給します。
