仕事内容:

大手企業のデータセンター施設に関わる設備導入・管理支援業務をご担当いただきます。

以下のような作業に携わっていただきます。

・ラックや二次側電源等の導入、撤去、管理

・IT資産の管理、倉庫の入出庫管理

・キャパシティ管理

・データセンター作業に関する各種申請対応

・マニュアルなどのドキュメント作成

・関係者とのコミュニケーションや調整業務

・小規模なチームの作業計画や進行管理

・データセンター業務の支援に携われる

・Excel、Googleスプレッドシート、GAS、PowerPointのスキルを活かせる

・小規模チームでのリーダー経験が活かせる

求める人材:

<必須スキル>

・Excel、Googleスプレッドシートの業務使用経験

・PowerPoint、Googleスライドなどによる資料作成経験

・Google Apps Scriptの実務経験

・エンドユーザーとの要件ヒアリング、確認などの折衝経験

・リーダーとしてメンバー管理・作業計画を行った経験

<尚可スキル>

・VBAまたはマクロの使用経験

原則自由
