【募集背景】
現在、当社のプロダクトはAIエージェントの導入成功率が一般的に5%と言われる中で、80%以上のプロジェクトが成功し、ビジネス成果に繋がっています。お客様同士のネットワークを通じて、上記のビジネス成果が広まってきており、エンタープライズ企業(従業員1000名以上)のお客様からの引き合いが増えています。一方で、エンタープライズ導入においては・業務プロセスの複雑さ・既存システム (Salesforce等)との高度な統合・AI活用に対する現場と経営の認識ギャップといった壁が必ず存在します。これらを乗り越え、「導入できる」ではなく「成果が出る」状態まで導くために、営業と並走し、構想と技術の両面から商談を成立させるプリセールスを、今まさに求めています。
【職務内容】
エンタープライズ企業向け商談において、営業と二人三脚で顧客の業務・データ・システムを読み解き、bellSalesAIによる成果創出の設計を担うポジションです。
商談後半におけるソリューション設計・提案支援
営業と連携しながら、顧客の業務課題・営業プロセス・データ構造を深く理解し、bellSalesAIをどのように業務へ組み込めば成果が出るのかを具体化します。
デモ設計・デモ実施
顧客ごとの業務文脈に合わせて、「機能紹介」ではなく自社で使った場合の未来が見える"デモを設計・実施します。
PoC設計 PoC推進
エンタープライズ特有の慎重な意思決定を前提に、PoCの目的・評価指標・進め方を設計し、営業と共に成功へ導きます。
業務フローのAs-ls / To-Be整理
顧客の現行業務を整理し、AI導入後の理想的な業務プロセス (To-Be)を描き、合意形成を支援します。
【求める人材】
【必須】
■経験いずれか2年以上
・SaaS / ITソリューションの法人向け提案・導入支援経験
・Salesforceの導入・設計・カスタマイズ経験
・エンタープライズ企業向け商談における技術・業務側の立ち位置での関与経験
■スキル
・顧客業務を構造的に整理し、To-Be像を描ける力
・営業・顧客双方と協働できるコミュニケーション力
・PowerPoint等による構想・提案資料作成スキル
【歓迎】
・Salesforce(Sales Cloud / Service Cloud等)の高度な活用・設計経験
・CRM / SFAを前提とした業務改革プロジェクト経験
・SQL等を用いた簡単なデータ確認・分析経験
・エンタープライズ(従業員1000名以上)向け案件への関与経験
【給与】
年収700~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
