【仕事内容】
大きく3つのお仕事をお願いします。
➀ フロント業務
- テルマー湯の「顔」になります
- チェックイン・アウト、ご案内
- 会計・レジ締め
- アルバイトスタッフの教育
- 備品の補充・交換・発注
- 会員様の各種登録・更新など
➁ 施設サービス業務
- 快適な環境を維持するお仕事
- 室内の温度・湿度管理
- 浴室のチェック、拭き掃除(除菌)
- アルバイトスタッフへの指示・指導
※サウナ施設にて、話題の「熱波師」の
お仕事を経験できちゃいます
➂ 広報・販促業務
- より多くの方に施設の良さを届けます
- 販売促進企画の立案・実施
- SNSやHPを使ってイベント情報の発信
各種媒体(メディア)との折衝
スタッフによる企画例
1)泥パック+塩サウナ等の女性向けサービス
2)屋上フィットネスやルーフトップバー
3)炭酸浴や化粧水風呂
《 入社後の流れ 》
入社後1~2ヶ月は、
接客研修(OJT)からスタートします。
各浴場・施設の特徴、お客様対応の仕方…
先輩スタッフが丁寧に&分かりやすく
指導いたします。
また、館内イベントの企画にも参加可能です。

【給与】
月給23万~35万円
※スキルや経験に応じて随時昇給

芸人になることも考えましたが(笑)

「ホテルみたいで綺麗。

【テルマー湯について】
天然温泉や岩盤浴、エステ、ボディケアなどを楽しめる
都心最大級のスパ「テルマー湯」。
テレビや雑誌などで取り上げられることも多い新宿店、
エジプト風のゴージャス空間を展開する西麻布店からなる
ラグジュアリースパブランドです。
美人の湯としても有名な
中伊豆の天然温泉「神代の湯」から
露天風呂をはじめ、
デトックスを期待できる岩盤浴やサウナも充実
ラウンジやバー、カフェスペース、レストランといった
上質感のある大人の時間を提供しています。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

① 8:00~17:00(早番)
②14:00~23:00(中番)
③23:00~ 8:00(遅番)

基本給:月給 23万円 〜 35万円
