新規事業所での建築設備設計(名古屋新栄)

仕事内容:

・電気設備を中心に、空調設備・衛生設備など建物のインフラに関する図面作成を行います。設計者の指示に基づきCADソフトを使用して精度の高い図面作成、設計者や現場担当者との連携・ヒアリング、図面修正などを担当していただきます。即戦力としての図面作成が主な業務です。

・主な業務:電気設備設計(オール電化、IOT、エコ化等の配線図作成)、空調設備設計、衛生設備設計。

・作業環境:チーム制でプロジェクトに所属し、教育体制あり。

・1日のスケジュール例:

09:00 出社、メールチェック、1日の業務確認

10:00 設計者との打ち合わせ、図面作成(CADソフト使用)

12:00 お昼休憩

13:00 図面修正、現場担当者からのヒアリング

16:00 作成図面の最終確認、データ整理

17:00 明日の準備

18:00 退勤

勤務時間・曜日:

09:00~18:00(実働8時間、休憩60分)/完全週休二日制(土日)・祝日 残業:月平均0~20時間(閑散期)/20~40時間(繁忙期

休暇・休日:

完全週休二日制(土日)、祝日、年間休日125日、年末年始休暇、夏季休暇、有給休暇(平均有給取得数:10日)

給与:

・月給:250,000円~300,000円(経験・能力を考慮し優遇)

・想定年収:400万円~480万円+諸手当

・昇給:年1回

・賞与:年2回(昨年度実績4ヶ月分)

・残業手当:全額支給(15分単位で支給)

・試用期間:3ヶ月(期間中の給与・待遇に変更なし)
