仕事内容:
個人の資産運用・資産承継コンサルティングに特化した当グループにて、人事ポジションをメインとした以下の業務に従事頂きます。
■バックオフィス業務
・人事業務(代表直下タスク)
・採用業務(書類確認、日程調整、求人票対応、面接対応など)
・既存社員との面談対応
・数値管理
・総務業務(コスト削減、ツール更新、IT対応)
・その他バックオフィス業務全般
