成長中の自社サービスにおいて、
YouTubeを中心としたSNS運用・動画ディレクション全般をお任せします。
YouTubeを「単なる発信の場」ではなく、
サービス認知拡大・ブランド構築の中核チャネルとして育てていくポジションです。
社内に専任オーナーがいないため、
企画〜実行〜改善まで一気通貫で担うプレイヤーとしての活躍を期待しています。
【募集背景】
サービス成長に伴い、認知拡大およびブランド力強化が急務となっています。
中でもYouTubeは、サービスの魅力や信頼性を深く伝えられる重要なチャネルですが、
現状は戦略設計・運用をリードする専任人材が不在です。
このポジションでは、
YouTubeチャンネルを認知拡大のエンジンへと成長させる役割を担っていただきます。
【具体的な業務内容】
- YouTube/SNS全体の企画・ディレクション・マーケティング
- サービスの強み・競合優位性の整理、コンテンツ企画への落とし込み
- 動画企画立案(構成・テーマ設計)
- 撮影ディレクションおよび編集(または編集方針設計)
- 投稿運用(タイトル・サムネイル設定含む)
- コメント対応、視聴データ分析(CTR、視聴維持率など)
- 数値をもとにした改善施策の実行
