◆IT機器の管理・運用(発注・キッティング、リプレイス、資産管理等)

◆ヘルプデスク・テクニカルサポート一次受付対応

┗社内従業員からの問い合わせ一次対応(各部門には選任の開発担当者がおりますので、原因切り分けの後、そちらに割り振りをお願いします)

◆saas管理ツール導入運用

◆IT製品のマニュアル作成

◆情報セキュリティ・個人情報保護対策

その他、付帯業務

・出退店移転、催事、店舗DX対応

・社内ヘルプデスク対応

・OA機器更改/保守

・システムのアカウント/ライセンス管理

・備品調達/管理

・社内ユーザからの問い合わせ対応

・社内DX(業務整理及び自動化)

・ネットワーク改善/監視/保守

・SSL証明書/DNS/ドメイン管理

・クラウド環境/サービス管理

・各主要システムのログ監視/トラブルシューティング

募集背景:これまで社内のヘルプデスク業務やIT機器管理は、開発部門が兼任して対応してきました。

しかし事業拡大に伴い、開発業務の領域が広がり、社内サポートやIT運用まで十分に手が回らない状況となっています。

また現在、社内のIT資産管理や問い合わせ対応を安定的に行うだけでなく、業務効率化や社内DX推進(業務整理・自動化、運用の仕組み化)を進める必要性も高まっています。

そこで今回、IT機器の管理・運用、社内ヘルプデスク一次対応、マニュアル整備、情報セキュリティ対応などを担いながら、社内DXを支える専任担当者を1名募集することとなりました。

残業時間ほぼナシ 管理部のスタッフは19:05にはほぼ退社しています。

◎必須スキル・経験

★業界未経験OK(音楽、EC業界での経験は不問)★

・社内SE/ヘルプデスク業務の経験2年以上

・事業向けもしくは社内基幹システムなどのIT企画・導入・改修・運用経験

・要件調整、要件整理、図式化の経験

・ベンダーとの折衝、コミュニケーション経験

・ITの基礎知識(ネットワーク、セキュリティ等)

◎歓迎スキル・経験

・事業会社などでの情報システム部門での実務経験(社内SE・IT企画担当)

・業務フロー改善、新規システム導入等のプロジェクト経験

・フルスタックでのWeb開発の経験

・インフラやセキュリティの専門知識やスキル

・Azure、AWSなどの知識・スキル

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

基本給:月給 25万円

上記額には固定残業代を含みます

1ヶ月あたり4万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
