今回募集するインサイドセールスは、電話やオンラインでのヒアリングを通してクライアントの課題を掘り下げ、

社内のコンサルタントやマーケターと連携しながら、成果を生むための第一歩を設計するポジション。

販売戦略やECマーケティングにお悩みの企業へ電話でご連絡。

【お任せする業務】

商談は基本的にオンラインまたは電話。

問い合わせや既存顧客からの紹介などから関係をスタートし、最適な支援につなげていく営業です。

・EC事業者へのヒアリング・課題整理

・ニーズに応じた提案資料の作成(社内で連携)

・アポイント取得、社内コンサルへのトスアップ

・チームKPIに向けた進捗管理、数値管理

・オンラインセミナーの運営補助や参加者フォロー など

・営業経験または接客経験(不問)が2年以上ある方

・無形商材の営業経験

・法人営業、広告・WEB業界、コンサル業界いずれかの経験がある方

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 21日

  • 9:00~18:00(実働8時間)

  • 時差出勤もOK

・07:00~16:00

・08:00~17:00

・10:00~19:00

・11:00~20:00 など

  • 残業月20時間以内

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・給与額は能力やスキルに応じて決定します。

・固定残業代(40時間分/59,524円~83,334円)を含みます。

・超過分は別途支給します。
