【仕事内容】

システム基盤の改善から開発プロセスの最適化、そしてクラウドネイティブな基盤構築まで、

広範な裁量と責任を持って取り組んでいただきます。

システム基盤の改善と最適化

・現行システムのパフォーマンスや安定性を向上させるためのアーキテクチャ改善、

リファクタリング、一部刷新の計画策定と実行

・コンテナ技術を活用するなど、将来を見据えた最適なシステム構造への移行推進

アジリティの高い開発プロセスの実現

・ビジネス要求に基づいた新機能の迅速な設計・開発・リリース

・CI/CDパイプラインの改善によるデプロイ頻度と信頼性の向上

・開発生産性や開発者体験(Developer Experience)を向上させるためのツール導入・改善

活動(例:NotionやFigmaなどを活用した情報共有・デザイン連携の強化、

生成AIツールの積極的な試験利用と導入検討など)

クラウドネイティブな基盤構築

・主要なクラウドであるAWSとOCIの特性を活かした、

スケーラブルで可用性の高いインフラの設計・構築

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

・Webシステムを構成する技術要素の深い理解

・言語やフレームワーク、ミドルウェア、インフラのキャッチアップ能力

・求められる要件を考慮し最適な形で設計・実装できる能力

・システム運用・障害対応やそのフィードバックによりシステムの安定性を高めてきた経験

・クラウド環境でのモダンなシステムの設計・構築・運用経験

・Docker、Kubernetesといったコンテナ技術の活用経験
