具体的な業務内容:
- 多様なソリューションの提供: 顧客のニーズに応じて、保険だけでなく、税務・会計、不動産、リスク対策、終活・相続事業、人事・労務など、最適なサービスを提案します。従来の保険営業では提案できなかった、より広い範囲で顧客の人生に貢献できることが、この仕事の大きな魅力です。

勤務時間・曜日:
- 勤務時間はフレックスタイム制度を採用しています。コアタイムは週1の全体ミーティングと1ON1のみとなります。コアタイムやフレキシブルタイムがある場合は、そちらも明記します。 フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間8時間/日、コアタイム11:00〜12:00、フレキシブルタイム:8:00〜11:00、13:00〜20:00)
フレキシブルに働く時間を調整することができます。
週1勤務から可能で副業の方も大歓迎。

アクセス:

- 昇給・賞与あり(前年度実績あり)

- フレックスタイム制度に基づくため、勤務時間に応じた給与体系となります。固定残業代は含まれておりませんが、超過勤務の場合は別途支給されます。具体的な時間数や金額については面接時にご説明いたします。
