国際交流を支える機関での一般事務のお仕事

《具体的には…(雇入れ直後)》

  • 研修員のサポート業務

・交通手段や宿泊先の手配

・受入事業の補助など

  • 契約補助業務

・経費支出業務

・見積書の作成

  • 庶務業務

・電話・来客応対(お茶出し含む)

・文書の登録管理

・備品管理(物品対査、登録、廃棄等)

\ PC基本操作ができればOK /

なんらかの事務の経験を3年以上お持ちの方や、

PCの基本操作ができる方であれば専門知識などは不要

(英語検定3級以上お持ちの方は尚歓迎)

社員の方から丁寧に教えてもらえる環境が整っているので、

安心してスタート可能です
