Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 公共土木工事における施工管理業務及び積算等の発注者支援業務を担当します。建設会社での現場経験を活かし、発注者の立場から公共構造物建設に貢献できます。

Q. どんな工事を扱うの?

A. 河川・砂防・ダム・海岸・道路・橋梁・トンネル・下水道等の一般土木工事、ダム・頭首工・水路・パイプライン・道路・橋梁・圃場整備等の農業土木工事と多岐にわたります。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 土木施工管理・積算経験をお持ちの方を募集していますが、必要な知識・経験は社内研修等でサポートします。

公共工事における土木施工管理・積算経験を有する方を求めています。建設会社での現場経験があれば、その経験を十分に活かせます。

勤務時間: 8時30分~17時15分(休憩時間45分)

勤務曜日: 完全週休2日制(毎週土曜日、日曜日)

給与体系:

月給 240,000円~440,000円以上(年齢・経験・能力を考慮し、当社給与規定により決定)

基本給(月額平均):183,000円~240,000円

主な手当:

・資格手当:2,000円~100,000円

・現場手当:30,000円~50,000円

・特別手当:25,000円~50,000円

・都市手当:10,000円~30,000円

・遠隔手当:10,000円~50,000円

・家族手当:配偶者5,000円、子3,000円

賞与: 年3回、計6.00ヶ月分(前年度実績)
