  • 業務内容:製造業のお客様向けソフトウェア開発プロジェクトの支援業務を対応いただきます。

プロジェクトマネジメントの標準化、ツール・テンプレートの検討、計画、テスト工程管理など、プロジェクトマネージャーの補佐として推進を支援いただきます。

【具体的には】

品質PMOとして、プロジェクトマネジメント支援全般を担当します。

プロジェクトマネージャーの下でプロジェクト進捗を図るための集計や仕組みづくり、プロジェクトマネジメントの標準化、ツール・テンプレートの検討・計画、テスト工程管理などを行います。

実務的な業務が中心となり、プロジェクト推進のための重要な役割を担います。

  • 組織配属先:

・製造システム事業部/1課・2課・3課・4課・5課のいずれかに配属予定

・総勢:154名(1課31名、2課21名、3課46名、4課24名、5課32名 ※25年3月末現在)

・年齢構成:20代後半~50代と幅広い年齢層の社員が活躍中

・チーム体制例:5~10名くらい(PMO、テスト実行・テスト設計)/2~3名(PM、品質保証コンサルタント)など

  • 働き方・環境:下記は一例です。プロジェクトによって異なります。

・残業時間:平均10~20H/月前後の残業時間。

※繁忙は時期等でも、20H/月くらいの残業のイメージ。

・リモート:担当業務により完全在宅~週3出社など分かれる。

・プロジェクト期間:ご自身のキャリア形成の方向性を踏まえ、3~5年程度で変更となるケースが多い。

  • 必須要件:

・PMO経験

※ソフトウェア開発の経験は不問で、PMO業務のみの方も歓迎です。

・プロジェクト進捗管理経験

・ドキュメント作成スキル

  • 歓迎条件:

・顧客対応・プロジェクト推進・チームでの業務経験

・製造、半導体・医療等の業界知識

・品質保証コンサル、PM、PMOとしてのマネジメント経験

待遇

  • 想定年収:420万円~1200万円

  • 基本給:217,000~718,750円

  • 賃金形態:月給制

  • 通勤手当:会社規定に基づき支給

  • 残業手当:有 残業時間に応じて別途支給

  • 試用期間:有 (3ヶ月)

  • 賞与:年2回 2024年度の実績:5.8ヶ月(夏季:3.0ヶ月、冬季:2.8ヶ月 夏冬合計月 数)

※算定期間途中で入社の場合も初回の賞与については期間按分せず、半期分を満額支給(標準評価3zにて支給 )

- 昇給:年1回

  • その他:選考結果によっては契約社員で内定となる可能性があります。

初年度:入社月に応じて4~14日付与(入社月から取得可能)
