【募集ポジション】

機械加工・NC旋盤のオペレーター

【主な業務内容】

・水まわり部品(キッチン・浴槽用)の切削加工

・簡単な製品検査業務(最初はここから)

・NC旋盤のオペレーティング業務

・加工機のプログラミング業務(段階的にお任せ)

【業務の特徴】

・最新のNC旋盤(マシニング機能付き)を使用

・銅合金(真鍮・青銅など)の加工・成形

・複雑な加工も1台の機械で自動完結

・図面、刃物セット情報、プログラムデータは品番ごとに保管済み

・経験が浅くても情報をセットすれば作業可能

・早い段階から実作業に参加できる

【1日の流れ】

・図面確認とプログラム入力

・材料のセット

・刃具の取り付けとテスト品加工

・製品の仕上がり確認

・検査基準合格後、量産開始

・定期的な品質チェック

【ステップアップの流れ】

・経験者・工業系学校卒:機械操作で習熟度チェック

・現場実習:半年~1年、先輩が横について指導

・NCスクール基礎研修の受講可能

・2年目:独り立ち

・3年目:NCスクール応用研修でさらに専門性向上

・希望者:品質管理、生産管理、営業への職種変更も可能

【求める人物像】

必須条件:

・高校卒以上

・図面の読解力

・ノギス、マイクロメーターの使用経験

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

歓迎条件:

・工業高校(工科高校)や工学部等の卒業者

・製造業経験者(ブランクOK)

・ものづくりの基礎経験者(業界・職種未経験OK)

・NC旋盤やマシニングセンター経験者(即戦力として優遇)

NC旋盤にマシニング機能が付いた最新の加工機械を使用します。ひとつの機械で複雑な加工も自動で完結できるため、効率的に作業を進められます。工場内は冷暖房完備で快適。各機械にミストレーサーを設置し、油煙対策もしっかり行っています。

・高校卒以上

・図面の読解力、ノギス、マイクロメーターの使用経験

定年年齢が60歳のため、応募は59歳以下限定となります。

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:30

休憩時間:70分

日勤のみ

夜勤なし(土日当番あり)

機械で製作した製品を並べるため、7:30~早出があります。

(早出残業1時間つきます)

原則定時退社

週休二日制

基本土日祝休み

※土日は当番制で出社あり。朝と夕でそれぞれ3時間程度(月に数回)
