■ ポジション概要
Quollio Data Intelligence Cloudを活用し、顧客の組織・業務変革や価値創出を 導入戦略・展開戦略の視点でリード するポジションです。
ビジネス戦略と実行を橋渡しし、顧客のデータ資産から最大の成果を引き出すことを目的としています。

データ活用導入戦略の設計と実行を通じて、顧客の組織変革や働き方の進化を推進します。
■ 内容
-顧客のデータ活用戦略やKPIの策定支援
-製品の導入・活用サポート -メタデータ整備・運用体制の構築支援
-単なるツール説明に留まらず、顧客固有課題に合わせた戦略的カスタマイズの提案・実行 -活用状況のトラッキングと改善提案
-導入プロジェクトの管理・推進 - 経営層や事業部門を巻き込んだ 組織横断的データマネジメント体制のサポート
■ 必須スキル
経営・戦略・業務・IT領域の課題に対し、分析・提案・実行を通じて成果を上げたコンサルティングのご経験(3年以上)
デプロイメントプロジェクトの全体進行管理を主導し、計画通りの成果を達成したご経験
顧客のビジネスゴールに合わせた最適な導入戦略を設計・提案したご経験 - 新しい知識や経験に積極的に挑戦し、成果創出につなげたご経験
戦略的思考に基づき、チームや顧客を巻き込み複雑な課題を解決したご経験
部門横断のコミュニケーション能力
■ 歓迎スキル
売上模数5,000億円以上の顧客に対して、部門を跨いだ折衝経験がある方
BtoB SaaS事業における業務経験がある方 - コンサルティングファームでのマネージャー以上のご経験

■ 給与
想定年収 OTE:1200万円〜1500万円 + SO付与
※ 上記に固定残業費45時間が含まれます。
※ ご経験により柔軟にご相談可能です。
