Bilingual ERP Project manager (SAP/Oracle)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute small, medium, multi-dimensional, complex Infosys customer programs. Align customer and our company metrics for success and quality.
• Develop detailed program plans and execute them in coordination with department heads and customer stakeholders.
• Create a master schedule with appropriate milestones, review progress with department heads, identify dependencies and risks, and formulate suitable mitigation strategies aligned with the schedule.
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, configuration, change management, communication, issue escalation, budget, quality, delivery, contracts, vendor management, and staffing.

Skillset/Competencies:

Mandatory

• Experience as a Program Manager for medium to large end-to-end implementations in manufacturing, automotive, or CPG industries using SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other ERP packages.
• Bilingual proficiency with strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.

Preferred

• Experience in scenarios involving multiple vendors.

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Capability to focus on detail to analyze and solve problems
• Capability to work as part of a team with individuals from diverse cultures and time zones

• 詳細なプログラム計画を策定し、各部門の責任者やお客様のステークホルダーと連携しながら計画通りにプログラムを遂行。
• 適切なマイルストーンを示したマスタースケジュールを策定し、各部門の責任者とモニタリングの進捗を見直し、依存関係、リスクを明らかにし、スケジュールに沿った適切な緩和策を策定。
• 対象範囲、スケジュール、リスク、構成、変更管理、コミュニケーション、問題のエスカレーション、予算、品質、デリバリー、契約、ベンダー管理、および人員管理、等。

スキル/能力

必須

• SAP ECCまたはS/4 HANAまたはその他のERPパッケージで製造業/自動車/CPGのお客様向けに中規模から大規模のエンドツーエンド実装でプログラムマネージャーとなった経験
• バイリンガル。日本語/英語での高いコミュニケーション能力
