仕事概要


ゲームの企画立案から完成まで、幅広い業務に携わるゲームの制作で重要な役割を担うゲームプランナーを募集します。 ゲームプランナーとしての経験や実績を積んだら、制作チームの責任者であるゲームディレクター、ゲームプロデューサーへのキャリアアップも目指せます 【業務内容】 ・企画業務(企画提案・仕様策定等) ・システム設計 ・スクリプト入力 ・ゲームバランス調整 ・ボイス、サウンド進行管理 ・イラスト、デザイン進行管理

必須スキル


・ゲームプランナーの実務経験1年以上ある方 ・ゲームの仕様書、企画書の作成経験者 ・ゲームが好きな方

歓迎スキル


・Unityの使用経験 ・Unreal Engineの使用経験 ・スマートフォンゲームの開発経験 ・コンシューマーゲームの開発経験 ・有名IPを用いたゲーム開発経験

応募概要


給与

【月給】 300,000円~ 【備考】 固定残業代( 41,000円 〜/20時間分 )を含む 超過分は別途支給 経験・スキル・前職給与などを考慮の上、当社規定により決定 【諸手当、制度等】 出張手当 交通費支給(上限30,000円/月)

勤務地

【本社】 〒 東京都渋谷区富ヶ谷 鈴ビル2F ※もしくは1都3県のプロジェクト先

雇用形態

契約社員 ※雇用期間(6ヶ月)で適性を見極める 契約期間終了後に、本人の希望/実績により正社員登用を検討/実施

勤務体系

【勤務時間】 10:00 〜 19:00(実働8時間、休憩1時間) ※もしくはプロジェクト先の勤務時間に準ずる

試用期間

6ヶ月間(この間の給与・待遇等に変わりはありません)
