【仕事内容】

総務・経理の基本業務に加えて、見積書作成補助などの営業事務業務もお任せします

未経験からスタートした先輩も多く、PCスキルや事務の流れを一から身につけられる体制が整っています。

社内がスムーズに回るように、バックオフィスから支えるポジションです。

  • 営業事務・サポート業務

・請求書・見積書の作成補助

・電話・FAX対応

・営業スタッフのサポート業務 など

  • 経理・総務業務

・伝票入力、データ管理

・請求書の作成

・備品管理、発注業務

・社内書類の整理 など
