仕事内容


MD業務をお任せします。

主に

・商品企画~商品管理業務

・販売計画の立案~実行業務

を行っていただきます。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

・顧客分析を通じたニーズの把握と

仕入れ先などの情報収集

・販売実績分析などを行い、

担当カテゴリの品揃え設計の立案

・品揃え設計に基づき、

商品の選定やオリジナル商品の開発

・各商品(在庫保有品)の

初回発注数(基準在庫数)算出

・提案~初回発注

・追加発注可否の判断、

不振品や廃盤品などの

滞留在庫の販売促進案の立案~実行

・商品の販売計画作成と予実管理

・マーケティング部と連携し、

商品の販売訴求方法、販促案の作成

MD・バイヤーの実務経験

※業界は問いません

※商品選定や仕入れ先への

仕入れ単価や納期の交渉、

発注業務などの経験

社内の別部署と連携しながら

業務を推進した経験

Excel・PowerPointの基本操作スキル

  • 歓迎条件

ECでの市場分析、販売分析による

担当カテゴリ戦略の立案経験

数値分析からの示唆の抽出や

改善施策提案の経験

OEMを含むオリジナル商品の企画・開発経験

事務用品や文房具についての

商品知識のほか実際に取り扱った経験

数値分析などに基づいて

論理的思考で仮説を立てられる方

9:00~18:00

*実働8時間

*休憩1時間

*残業月平均10時間以内

土曜・日曜・祝日

*完全週休2日制

*年間休日120日以上

※直雇用後は月1回程度の

土曜出勤がございます。

基本給:時給 1500円 〜 1700円

【紹介予定派遣(3~6ヶ月想定)終了後】
