東証プライム上場企業である当社において、土地仕入れ営業としてご活躍いただける方を増員募集いたします。

【仕事内容】

当社主力事業の"新築分譲住宅"を建築するための用地仕入れ(土地を買う)を行って頂きます

他の会社ではなかなか経験できない「買う営業」を経験することが出来ます

<仕事の進め方の一例>

①担当エリア内の不動産仲介業者から情報収集し用地を選定(1件10件前後)

②現地で土地の形状や周辺環境を調査

③土地を評価し、仕入値から販売価格までを考え計画立案

④社内承認を得て契約締結

⑤社内の部署と連携して住宅を建築

⑥完成後は、不動産仲介業者へ販売の促進依頼

・自分が見極めた土地が、チームで協力して家になり、お客様の生活になる。

<ノルマ>

基本個人ノルマはなく、チーム全体で数値を追っていく形になりますので、数値的な圧力等はありません。上長と決めた目標を3ヶ月ごとに追っていただきます。

火,水,夏季,年末,有給,慶弔,特になし(シフト制などによる) この求人は不動産業界の用地仕入れ営業職で、完全週休2日制を採用しています。基本的に火曜日と水曜日が休みですが、GWや夏季、年末年始の休暇もあります。有給休暇は入社月に応じて付与され、勤続年数に応じて増加します。また、慶弔休暇や結婚休暇、生理休暇、介護休暇、産休育休制度も整っており、男性の育休取得実績もあります。
