学士号を取得していること(同等の実務経験でも可)
ビジネス開発、パートナーシップ業務、セールス、経営コンサルティング、投資銀行業務、金融テクノロジー(フィンテック)、戦略、オペレーションのいずれかに携わった 4 年以上の経験。
英語と日本語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、この職種で求められる顧客対応をスムーズに行い、国内外のお客様やステークホルダーとやり取りできること。

ストラテジック パートナー デベロップメント マネージャーは新しいパートナーを積極的に開拓し、予備交渉を主導して、ビジネス チャンスを評価、発掘するポジションです。部門横断型チームを主導し、ソート リーダーシップを発揮してマネージャーや同僚のメンター役を務めてください。また、経営幹部に対して、ビジネス開発戦略や重要な課題に関するプレゼンテーションやエスカレーションを抵抗なく行える人材が求められます。Google のプロダクト、エンジニアリング、法務、セールスの各チームと緊密に連携して新プロダクトに関するイニシアチブに取り組むとともに、戦略的に重要な関係の構築を通じて、Google のオンライン広告ビジネスを支援してください。
北アジア太平洋地域の検索および Gemini パートナーシップ チームは、主要な業種(例: スポーツ、金融、教育、エンターテイメント、社会的影響(気候変動、リスク対応)など)のローカル パートナーシップの動向を深く理解し、日本および北アジア太平洋地域全体でパートナーシップの策定と実行を支援できるスペシャリストを求めています。
このポジションでは、既存の分野と新たな分野の両方でパートナーシップを開発、発展させ、AI ファーストの検索および Gemini エクスペリエンスを推進する中でエコシステム全体を牽引していきます。パートナーシップ チームやその他の部門横断型チームと緊密に連携しながら、Google の最新の AI 搭載デバイスの市場開拓計画、支援プログラム、エコシステム エンゲージメントを担当していただきます。
業務内容
検索と Gemini のプロダクト目標の達成に向けた主要な貢献者として、複数のパートナー様との関係を構築、維持します。既存のパートナーシップの管理と新たなパートナーシップの立ち上げとともに、新たなビジネス チャンスの発掘、問題の解決、トレンド把握のための指標の追跡などを行っていただきます。
パートナー エクスペリエンスを推進し、契約を確実にまとめ上げる。その一環として、契約の交渉と締結、アカウント プランの実施、パートナー様への提案、パートナー関連問題の解決、パートナー様の意見の伝達を行う。
組織全体のチーム(プロダクト、エンジニアリング、法務、その他のクロスファンクショナルなチーム)に影響を与え、連携して、市場開拓戦略とパートナー イニシアチブへのリソースとインプットの調整を支援する。
新しいパートナーやビジネス チャンスの開拓、パートナー/業界調査の実施、プロダクト戦略の共同策定など、パートナー戦略を推進する。
国内特有の課題やビジネス チャンスについて知見と情報を提供し、リーダーとして課題の解決やビジネス チャンスの活用に取り組む
