Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 社会福祉法人 四幸舎和会が運営する、北摂地域の障がい者支援施設です。

入所施設、日中施設、グループホーム、相談支援など、さまざまな支援の形があります。配属先の施設形態や勤務地のご希望は、出来る限り考慮します。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 知的障がいや発達障がいのある方の生活支援を行います。

食事・排泄・入浴などの身体的な支援だけでなく、買い物やレクリエーション、計画づくりまで、一人ひとりの人生に寄り添う業務です。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. はい、未経験・無資格から始められます。入職時に特別な資格や経験は不要で、人柄重視の採用です。

丁寧な研修と先輩のフォローで着実に成長できます。自閉症支援にも力を入れており、質の高い支援スキルを学べる環境です。

【配属先の事業所】

〇障がい者支援施設(入所施設):くりのみ園(利用定員50名、支援スタッフ約25名)

〇生活介護事業所(日中施設):おおざとの赤いやね(利用定員20名、支援スタッフ約12名)、セブン&チェリー作業所(利用定員14名、支援スタッフ約8名)、かたやまの赤いやね(利用定員15名、支援スタッフ約11名)

〇共同生活援助(生活施設):能勢くりのみホーム(利用定員8名、夜間スタッフ2名)、くりのみホーム(利用定員9名、夜間スタッフ1名)

〇相談支援事業:福祉相談with

【勤務時間】

シフト制で、基本は8:30~17:15(休憩45分)。生活施設はローテーション勤務で、日勤・早出・遅出・夜勤があります。夜勤は月4回程度です。

◇年間休日110日、月9~10日程度休み。そのうち希望休月3日程度取得でき、有給休暇の取得促進や連休の取得も可能です

◇能勢町・池田市・豊中市など、北摂エリアの複数施設から希望に合う配属先を検討。能勢電鉄、阪急電鉄沿線からアクセス良好で、車通勤も可能です
