株式会社イワキは、1956年創業のケミカルポンプ・装置メーカー。プライム市場上場グループの一員として、安定した経営基盤と長年の信頼を誇ります。今回募集するのは、埼玉工場での生産管理職。未経験からでも安心してスタートできる充実の研修体制が魅力です。

入社後はまず製品理解を深めるため、組立製造の現場でしっかりと研修を受けていただきます。マニュアルも整備されており、未経験の方でも安心して業務に取り組める環境です。製品知識を身につけた後は、生産工程の管理・調整など、ものづくりの現場を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。

工場は冷暖房完備で清潔感があり、騒音も少なく快適な職場環境。部品加工は外部委託のため、組立作業が中心です。年間休日125日、土日祝休みでプライベートも充実。賞与は年2回、2023年度実績6.8ヶ月分と高水準。福利厚生も充実しており、長く安心して働ける環境が整っています。

給与:

想定年収:350万円~500万円(賞与込み/残業代・交通費は別途支給)

・固定残業代なし。残業時間に応じて別途支給

・賞与:年2回(7月・12月)※2023年度実績6.8ヶ月分

・昇給あり

・試用期間:3ヶ月(労働条件の変更なし)
