【仕事内容】

JAF会員様や自動車保険にご加入の方々の

バッテリー上がりやパンクの応急処置といった

車の困りごとを解決します。

※対応エリアは大阪市内がメインです。

~1日の流れ~

▼まずは朝礼からスタート

1日を安全に過ごせるようスタッフの体調や

車両の点検をします。

▼お客様からのご依頼を待ちます

出動要請がないときは、車両の整備や洗車、

スキルアップの勉強等をして過ごします。

時にはスタッフ同士で談笑することも◎

▼出動

トラブルの内容に応じてレッカー車や

積載車等で現場に向かい、作業を開始します。

▼作業完了JAF指令室に報告

帰社の指示が入ることもあれば、

立て続けに出動依頼が入ることもあります。

空き時間にお昼休憩を取ります。

▼業務終了お疲れ様でした

1日の対応件数は5~6件程度。

1人での作業が難しい場合は

他のスタッフが駆けつけてくれます。

マンツーマン&丁寧に指導します。(3〜6ヶ月程度)

一人で現場を任せられるまでしっかり育てます。

勤務時間・曜日:

【働き方、選べます】

①日勤専属

②日勤+夜勤の交替制

日勤:8:30〜17:00 (休憩1h・実働7.5h)

夜勤:8:30〜25:00(休憩2h・実働14.5h)

※残業代は別途支給

※夜勤明けはその後、休み

※休日の呼び出し対応など一切ナシ

※試用期間(3~6ヶ月)+終了後、

しばらくの間8:30〜17:00 での勤務になります。

休暇・休日:

月6~8日休み(週休2日制)

※シフトにより、変動あり

※明け休み以外の休日日数です

※繁忙期以外でのシフト調整により、連休取得は可能

(会社カレンダーによる)

※有給休暇あり(年間5日間の取得必須)

勤務地:

大阪府大阪市西淀川区千舟1-5-32

アクセス:

「姫島駅」「御幣島駅」徒歩8分

「福駅」車で6分

「塚本駅」車で8分

車通勤OK

※転勤はありません。

給与:

月給23万円~40万円(一律手当含む)

※給与は、年齢による基本給一覧を基に、

資格手当や評価制度、経験を踏まえて決定します。

月収40万円も可能(大型は月収45万円も可能)

(内訳:月給+子ども手当+資格手当+残業代)

整備士、運行管理、玉掛け免許、

小型移動式クレーン危険物、乙四など多数ご用意

最大で月1万9,000円程稼げます
