部署・サービスについて
1997年の創業以来、楽天では、ショッピングモール事業「楽天市場」やクレジットカード事業「楽天カード」を中核として事業規模を拡大し、通信事業「楽天モバイル」の新たな事業立ち上げに成功し、3つの柱を軸に、2024年度のグループ売上収益で、2.3兆円まで成長してきました。
今後のグループ成長を牽引する重要な事業領域の第4の柱として、広告事業の拡大、成長が求められております。
これまでに培ってきた既存事業である、インターネット広告事業「楽天マーケティング/LinkShare」、マーケティングリサーチ事業「楽天インサイト」、マーケティングソリューション事業「楽天データマーケティング」に加え、70以上のサービスで展開されるすべての広告事業、「楽天会員」、「楽天ポイント」、「ブランド力」、「会員データ」といったアセットを最大限活かした、「楽天経済圏」とのシナジーを武器に新しいビジネスモデルを創造し、顧客企業の唯一無二のマーケティングパートナー貢献していくというビジョンを持っています。
今回募集するポジションが属する組織企画課は、 アド&メディアカンパニー直下の人事機能として、経営と従業員双方の視点から組織づくりをリードする部署です。上位目標は、経営視点では生産性の向上、従業員視点ではやりがい・活力(エンゲージメント)の向上。経営戦略とのアラインメントと各組織の状況、そして従業員の思いを組み合わせ、施策を立案・推進することで、事業全体のパフォーマンス最大化を実現していきます。

募集背景**
グループ全体の成長戦略の中で、広告事業が新たな柱として位置づけられ、事業拡大の重要な局面を迎えています。それに伴い、人事・組織面での強化も不可欠であり、経営と現場を結びつける「攻めの人事」を推進するため、本ポジションを新設。新しい戦略に基づき、会社と社員の双方が成長できる仕組みをスピード感を持って整備・推進いただける方を募集します。
組織企画課は立ち上げフェーズにあり、現在は組織長1名・スタッフ1名が在籍。今回新たに3名を採用し、5名体制を構築予定です。

業務内容
1.人事制度企画・設計
・人事制度(評価・報酬・等級・キャリア・育成・定着など)の企画・設計・導入・運用
・ 従業員キャリア開発プログラムの企画・導入・運用
・人材育成・定着に関する課題抽出と解決施策立案・実行
・タレントマネジメントプログラム(人材発掘・育成・配置・評価・登用)の企画・設計・推進
・AI・システムを活用した生産性向上施策の企画・実行
2.採用・育成施策の推進
・事業成長に必要な人材採用戦略の企画・実行
・階層別・ファンクション別研修の設計・運営
3.経営層サポート
・管掌役員や事業リーダーへのHRパートナー業務
・経営直結のレポート作成や施策提案
4.人事データ分析とインサイト創出
・従業員サーベイやHRデータを分析し、経営層や事業リーダーへレポート・提言
・データと従業員の声を掛け合わせた新たな施策企画

必須要件:
・経験者採用:事業会社での人事企画経験、または人事系コンサルティングファームでのプロジェクト推進経験
・ポテンシャル採用:経験不問。人事領域でキャリアを築きたいという強い意欲を重視
